Jen Selk (she/her) is a multidisciplinary creator, mixed-race poc, "geriatric" mother, and recently-identified Autist. She holds a SSHRC-funded MA (UofT) and has appeared in The Antigonish Review, Western Front, Qwerty, and more. A Pushcart Prize nominee, she recently received an Honourable Mention from the LCP (Cold Moon Contests, Spoken Word), and was Highly Commended in the final WPC (Wales). Her poetry collection, Landmarks & Beacons (2023), is a current finalist for a WIBA. An unwitting and accidental "micro influencer" (jenselk.com, @willandbequeath) Jen resides live-and-in-person on the unceded ancestral lands of the Wolastoqiyik, where she can be found writing and performing, occasionally in the guise of a potato.
